How to copy text from image file

To extract and copy text from an image file in your clipboard history, select the file and press ⇧⌘C or select Copy Text from Image from the Commands menu.

Alternatively, you can click this button in the Preview toolbar:

The text from the image file will be copied to the system clipboard.
