How to ignore specific apps

ClipBook allows you to ignore clipboard content from specific apps. This feature is useful when you don’t want to store clipboard content from certain apps in your history, such as a password manager.

To ignore clipboard content from specific apps, follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings → Privacy.
2. Under the Ignored applications list, click the + button.
3. Select one or more apps in the Applications folder and click Add.

ClipBook doesn’t save what you copy while these apps are active.

Delete items copied from an ignored app

If your history already has items copied from the app you added, ClipBook asks whether to delete them:

• Click Delete to delete these items. You can’t undo this action.
• Click Cancel to keep them. The app stays ignored either way.

If Always keep favorites and tagged items is enabled in Settings → Storage, your favorites and tagged items are kept.

Stop ignoring an app

To remove an app from the ignore list, select it in the Ignored applications list and click the − button.
