How to paste multiple items at once

You can select multiple items in your clipboard history and paste them all at once. To do so, do one of the following:

• Press ↵.
• Open the Command Palette and select Paste N Items to {APP_NAME}, where N is the number of selected items and {APP_NAME} is the app you are pasting to.

ClipBook pastes the items in the order you selected them. Each selected item shows its number in that order.

Choose the key pressed between items

When you paste several items, ClipBook presses a key between them. This way each item can go into its own line, table cell or form field. By default, ClipBook presses ⇧↵.

To change the default key, go to Settings → History and choose it in Key between pasted items. You can choose one of the following:

• Nothing
• Return
• Shift+Return
• Up Arrow
• Down Arrow
• Tab
• Space
• Comma + Space: pastes the items as a comma-separated list.

Use a different key for one paste

1. Select the items and press ⇧↵.
2. Choose the key you want ClipBook to press between the items. Type to find a key by its name.
3. Press ↵ to paste. To paste and make this key your default, press ⌘↵.

You can also open the Command Palette and type the name of a key, for example Tab, to find Paste N Items with Tab Between.
